Sheep are charged per their live weight which is approximately 115 pounds.
Hanging weight of sheep carcass is approximately 65-75lbs.
**Hanging weight- is commonly described as the weight of the animal after the skin, head, and nonusable parts have been removed.
Have you lamb processed into your favorite, most used cuts. Fall and Spring lambs are available seasonally. Full payment required in order to hold a lamb for your order.
