PASTURE-RAISED LAMB

Our lamb is 100% grass-fed.  We know you enjoy the nutritional advantage that only grass-fed offers.  Ask us to bring your order to one of the  farmer's markets we attend.  You may also make an appointment to pickup your lamb at the farm. From our basic ground lamb to Italian lamb sausage, enjoy every bite !

Bluebonnet Meat Company, our local, animal welfare approved, processor,  see their website!   We are proud to have Ben and Hannah as our processors.

Grazing Sheep

Our organically grown produce is sold at the following farmer's markets - Coppell,  McKinney and White Rock.   The farmer's markets are generally open each Saturday from 8am 'till noon during the growing season (April - October).  During the "winter", most markets are open once or twice a month, depending on vendor's attendance.

We send out a farm update about once a week via e-mail and Facebook. This will inform you of product availability and locations for the week.

We also have farm pickup available. This is how our farm pickup program works: (our farm pickup is not for farm tours - please plan to visit on our "open house" days.)

You  must be on our weekly notification list or Facebook to monitor items that are available.

Email us you order and desired pickup day and time. All produce is custom harvested for optimal freshness. We do not have lots of store traffic, so we hope you understand that we cannot harvest and let our inventory and payroll go to waste.  Please pick up produce that you order ! Eggs,  lamb and beef can usually be picked up most days as they are already "harvested".  We do need to make sure we have the cut(s) you need and enough eggs.

We will let you know what we have available, the cost and a window of opportunity for pickup.

Meet us at the farm's store to pickup and pay for your items.

Please help us economize by touring the farm when we have our "open house" events, thanks.
